Who wants to play I Spy?

Remember when I severed a deer head, so we could play charades?

Or the time I let my son lacerate himself, so we could play charades again?

I love charades.

But sometimes, families need to play games that don't involve severing, or lacerating (see Family Proclamation, 7).

That's when we play I Spy.

Here is an I Spy Clue Jack pointed out while driving. The category is "Movies."

Anyone?

I agree, it's gotta be Shrek. Too easy, Katie. You need to go back to slicing something.

I'm convinced that Jack is the most observant person I know! Who notices things like this???

Congratulations Randy! You won an all-expense paid* family trip to Washington DC!

*You have to pay for your plane tickets. And sight-seeing, and most of your food. But you can stay at our house and use our towels, and we won't charge you anything.

I wouldn't have guessed it and now I can't stop laughing. I love that we have Jack in the family to notice things like that, do the ultimate imitations of people and things and always amaze us with his smarts. He always makes us laugh.

I must be tired tonight because I did not get that one right off. It took me a while before I realized what everyone was talking about. I was focusing more on the empty street thinking it was some scary movie or alien something or another.

Yeah, I'm going to go to bed now!!!

Darn that Randy for being first! I wanted to win a trip to visit you in DC!

And although Susan thinks Jack is observant...I think Jack should have been looking out for cars!

He comes from a long line of Erb men who are scary drives. Grandpa Erb was the WORST!!

Randy - Sorry I didn’t have this contest 5 years ago. Then I could have awarded you & Susan your dream wedding.

I was going to say Toy Story.

So at least someone else can feel good about winning.

Katie,in regards to going OGRE GREEN for our wedding, you didn't see me the day after. You forget how much "fun" I had at the reception. I probably matched the color.

Wow, I'm a doof. I was staring at this picture for like 20 minutes this morning trying to figure it out. I kept looking to the parked RV on the left and thinking Vegas Vacation? I should've known better. Of course it's Shrek. The Katie I know and love has standards that are wayyyyy beyond Chevy Chase. BTW, when is the big moving date? Because I think you should stop in Charlotte as you move eastward. We have an extra bedroom that would totally fit all five of you.*

*It wouldn't. But we could make it work, and we could seal our friendship by spooning or something.
