Leah graduated from kindergarten.
She and her classmates put on a performance, wherein they showed off their musical talents, and all the reading, math and Spanish they had mastered.
but was really only interested in showing off one thing.
Fortunately, Eddie didn't seem to mind at all.

Hahaha. I adore this!!!! The look on his face! Oh, how we love our precious Leah!
ReplyDeleteOh the downside of being adored. Eddie, I feel your pain.
ReplyDeleteHow cute is LeeLee!!!!!!!!
This post is making me want to have another baby so I can watch siblings torture each other. And I love that Leah busted out the pointer finger in that one pic. I realllly need to meet your kids in person, so I can stop being that freakish internet predator who is obsessed with them.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Leah!
ReplyDeleteLaughing so hard!! What a proud big sister. Is she really going into first grade already?! And to think it feels like yesterday I was wearing my wedding dress and holding that squishy baby in my arms for a picture. One of my favorites of LeeLee :)
ReplyDeleteI love the pointer finger too! This is the sweetest post, and she looks downright angelic in these pictures.
ReplyDeleteI am sure it will be nice for you to settle into the dream of summer (that only delivers once in awhile at our house) and enjoy the long mornings together.
It reminds me of the time you told me that Cal (around age 1 at the time) would say to the family, "Come. Leah, Go." As you explained it, Leah was a little too, "in his face" for his liking. I'm glad little bro number two likes her attention. :)
ReplyDeleteEvery sibling should be so lucky to have a Leah in their lives! She reminds me of Bella (aka Lenny of Mice and Men) and me having to rescue Chloe from too much love at times!
ReplyDeleteKatie- I dreamed last night that my parents hired you to organize their garage. The first thing you decided to dispose was the three giant bookcases of books my dad has never read. He countered your proposal by nailing them to the floor.
ReplyDeleteIf you're ever in El Paso, they could use your help. But bring a nail puller.
Ryan, LOL! By 'dream' you must mean nightmare,' because I actually had a traumatic garage organizing experience as a child. A friend's mom made us work on hers the day it hit a record-breaking 122 degrees in Phoenix. Please tell your dad that if he wants to arrange something, it will have to be in December or January.
