Last year, Santa brought us a set of giant waffle blocks, and eleven months later they are still our favorite toy. If you need an idea for Christmas, I very highly recommend them!
They have served as a train, boat, school desks, spy headquarters, Barbie hotel, rocket ship, movie theater, prison for bad guys, and prison for siblings, to name just a few.
Endless hours of creative play. Can't say enough about these.
Ours were made by elves, but I hear you can also purchase them HERE. Note that one set is not quite enough - It took two to create the above adventures, and I'm planning to add a few more the collection. A little pricey, but a good investment. Once the kids outgrow them as toys, I intend to assemble them into an addition on the house.

Where are the pictures of you and Jack playing with the waffle blocks? My bet is that the kids don't get a turn playing with them until you're done.
ReplyDeleteAlso want you to know that last night I was telling Steve how happy I am that we've completed all of our Christmas toy shopping. Thanks for showing me these and ruining my sense of holiday preparedness.
You really hit the jackpot with this toy! Now I'm hungry for waffles.
ReplyDeleteAha! I love the one of Eddie's cute face peeking out of the window. And I definitely plan on adding these to our collection someday down the road. Such a great Christmas morning surprise, too.
ReplyDeleteI am so putting these on my, i mean dukes, christmas list for next year!
ReplyDeletelove it!
So much fun! Wish I had seen this before Christmas! Nothing like buying junk toys for Christmas that never get played with. Making note of these cool toys for next year! You guys are adorable!
