Chronicles of Two

Eddie had a birthday on Friday. I took a picture before he woke up, never wanting to forget the way he points his little behind in the air when he sleeps. Then I had the thought to take a picture every hour on the day he turned two. If I can't slow down time, I can at least try to capture it.

Happy Birthday to the joy of our family. Since the day you were born, every move you have made has he has been performed in front of a devoted audience of five, who react with adoration, laughter, applause, hugs, kisses, bribes and candy. I dare say you spoiled rotten, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

We love you buddy.

Yet another genius Katie Erb idea that I am going to completely rip off.

Happy birthday, Eddie! I never let a birthday pass me by without a ride in a shopping cart, a jump on the trampoline, or a yummy funfetti ice cream cone cupcake! You have good taste! Plus, Phoebe also feels that sleeping with your butt pointed to the sky is the most comfortable way to rest. We were worried and thought this was weird, but if Eddie does it, we know that it must be cool.
