These are mini cheesecake bites I saw in a magazine that I desperately want to copy. I think they'd be perfect for Jolie's wedding reception (Why put off till tomorrow...). Anyway, after staring at them for roughly an hour, I give up. I have no idea how to duplicate this shape.
.
Any ideas?
Me! Me! Me! Me! Me!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, Dawn will tell you how to create them.
ReplyDeleteyummy, me too.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea how you'd make those, but I'd be more than happy to eat a couple. I had the misfortune of marrying a man who doesn't like cheesecake (gasp!), so I can never split a piece when we go out. The bite-sized bits look just right.
ReplyDeleteIt looks a little like a weird ice cube shape that you could duplicate. I bet you could find something like it at bed bath and beyond or something like. I'll keep my eye open for you.
ReplyDeleteYou probably just cut it out with a round cookie cutter and roll it in the chocolate shavings.
ReplyDeleteThey look delicious - when do I get to come over and taste your wares?
p.s. and I thought my other sister in law was a little premature in planning a wedding when her daughter doesn't even have a boyfriend. This is getting a little ridiculous!
this is a "sur la table" thing for sure. just go down to their store on state street and they will point you in the direction you need. next, bake away. finally, pack up about 6 of them and ship them to Anaheim, CA. or better yet, hand deliver, i'd love to see you!
ReplyDeletejohn adams is my answer.
